With deep industry ties, he unlocks behind-the-scenes access few will ever experience—private warehouse tastings with legendary distillers, after-hours drams at iconic whisky houses, and rare bottles sourced from the most exclusive collections.
Beyond whisky, Dave’s background in high-end hospitality—and a well-stamped passport—ensures every trip is seamless and unforgettable.
Having lived across multiple countries and sipped drams in every corner of the world, he knows exactly where to find the best whisky spots, the perfect pint, and the kind of distillery experiences that don’t make the brochures.
